Rosa Chiara De Luca, born in Lecce, has lived and studied in various Italian cities and abroad. Passionate about history, classical literature and art, she graduated in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome with a thesis in international law on the Israeli-Palestinian Wall. Qualified to practise law, she has a long history of collaboration with the Rago Law Firm, where she trained and with which she still collaborates. She is registered as a barrister with the Rome Bar Association.
Specialising in Criminal, International and Immigration Law, she has extensive experience as a ‘Public Defender’ at the COA in Rome. She currently lives between Lecce and Rome, assisting Italian and foreign clients in various areas, including criminal, private and comparative law, with a focus on family law disputes, international adoptions, inheritance and immigration, both inbound and outbound, including individual and corporate immigration and Italian citizenship.
In 2011, she obtained her TOLES certification at Girton College, Cambridge, specialising in Common Law and becoming a member of the ILPA in London. She is the exclusive partner for Italy of British and American law firms.
Due to her social commitment, she is a founding member of the Association ‘Human Rights and Health’ and a member of the International Arbitration Court of Taranto, at the Academy of Heraldic, Noble and Chivalric Studies of Taranto.
Raffaella Rago, solicitor, expert in civil, labour and corporate law
Born in Rome in 1972, she is a Cassation Lawyer, registered with the Rome Bar Association since December 2000 and practises law in her family's law firm, in various areas of civil law, providing advice and assistance, both in and out of court, in the areas of family and personal law, paying particular attention to the human aspect and value of the case, as well as the strictly legal aspects; in inheritance law, in matters of obligations and contracts, from the assumption of the obligation to the pathological aspect of the relationship and the subsequent enforcement phase; in civil liability, including under Article 2054 of the Italian Civil Code, in labour law and company law, gaining particular experience over the years in insurance matters, in arbitration proceedings relating to commercial credit insurance and in the study of surety and guarantee policies.
He has been a member of the MOVIMENTO FORENSE Association for many years, actively participating in the association and in legal policy. The aim of this association is to promote interaction between the legal profession and institutions and politics, in order to improve the profession and have a concrete impact on the process of improving the justice system in our country.
